Account Coordinator/Manager

We are looking for an Account Coordinator/Manager to provide day-to-day administrative support of our accounts and clients.

To succeed in this role, you should be highly organized and able to perform multiple tasks for different teams/clients at the same time. If you excel in multi-tasking and understand what excellent customer service is, we would like to meet you. Our ideal candidate is able to both administer daily client activities and brainstorm innovative ideas to improve our client relationships.

Ultimately, you will help drive growth of our accounts by being an essential part of the Account Management team.
Responsibilities
Update internal databases with account information in real time

Coordinate interviews, calls and meetings with job candidates

Assist in providing timely responses to customer requests.

Assist in identifying business opportunities with potential and existing customers.

Maintain broad knowledge of customer account regarding its target, industry and competitors.

Adhere to, and review account plans for meeting the defined targets.

Maintain thorough understanding of account coordinator/management principles

Liaise with internal recruiting teams to ensure proper pre-and post-candidate interaction

Communicate customer feedback to internal teams in order to build successful process that would be employed to achieve optimum customer service.
Requirements
Proven work experience as an Account Coordinator, Account Manager or similar role

Excellent computer skills

Hands-on experience with CRM software

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Strong communication skills with a problem-solving attitude

Ability to multi-task very efficiently

Proactive attitude and extremely good work ethic
